These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all services offered by dewa6d. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision herein.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use dewa6d. Age and identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with Section 4 of these terms.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on dewa6d are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency accounts or cryptocurrency wallets are supported.
All promotional bonuses are subject to a minimum 10× wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds must be used within 30 days of activation.
Arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, collusion, and bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. dewa6d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts found to be in violation.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and dewa6d.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
Important: If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
Clause 3
To register and maintain an active Account on dewa6d, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Verification: dewa6d employs mandatory KYC verification on all accounts. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Clause 4
Each eligible individual may hold exactly one Account on dewa6d at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if any details change.
dewa6d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dewa6d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. dewa6d accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
dewa6d may suspend or permanently close an Account at any time if: (a) we have reason to believe the Account holder is a Restricted Person; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity is detected; (c) the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months; or (d) any applicable regulatory requirement so demands. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after all relevant checks are completed.
Clause 5
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. dewa6d is required to verify the identity, age, and residential status of all members prior to releasing funds. The following documents may be requested:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in your withdrawal being withheld and your Account being placed under review. dewa6d will provide reasonable assistance to members throughout the KYC process via our 24/7 support team.
Clause 6
Deposits may be made via the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Supported channels currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) and Rp 50.000 for local bank transfer channels. These minimums are subject to change; the current figures displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction are definitive.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed bank receipt. dewa6d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems. Should a deposit not be credited within 30 minutes, you must contact our support team with your transaction receipt before any investigation can be initiated.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dewa6d reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from an account not belonging to the registered member and to close the associated Account.
Clause 7
Withdrawals are available to all members who have completed KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the dewa6d Account holder.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for all channels. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by membership tier and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: BCA — 5 to 15 minutes; BRI — 5 to 20 minutes; BNI — 10 to 25 minutes; Mandiri — 5 to 20 minutes; OVO / DANA / GoPay — 5 to 10 minutes. Processing times are measured from the moment dewa6d approves the withdrawal request. Times may be extended during scheduled bank maintenance windows or periods of unusually high transaction volume.
Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement, at which point any resulting real-money winnings become withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.
Clause 8
dewa6d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. The specific terms — including bonus amount, eligible games, wagering multiplier, minimum odds, and expiry period — are set out in the individual promotion description applicable to each offer.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise: (a) the standard wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount; (b) qualifying sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50; (c) bonus funds expire 30 days after activation; (d) only one bonus may be active per Account at any time; (e) bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to wagering requirements being met.
dewa6d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (bonus arbitrage), and using automated betting strategies. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bon us funds forfeited and may be permanently closed without prior notice.
dewa6d may offer time-limited promotions tied to cultural or sporting events — including BRI Liga 1 matchdays, the UEFA Champions League knockout rounds, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to availability. dewa6d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Clause 9
All bets placed on dewa6d are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slot games, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). General betting rules applicable across all products are set out below.
A bet is only considered accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. dewa6d reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error or where a Member's account is under review.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours; palpable errors in odds or game outcomes; evidence of match manipulation; or technical errors that materially affected the display of odds or game results. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the Member's Balance.
For sports markets including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and international fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia (the national team, nicknamed Garuda): all results are settled on the basis of the official result at the conclusion of the regulation period (90 minutes for football), unless otherwise stated. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Any void selection within a mix parlay reduces the leg count; the bet is not automatically voided unless only one selection remains.
Live casino games are supplied by Evolution Gaming and are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-round, dewa6d will apply the studio's standard disconnection resolution protocol, details of which are available in the game help files. dewa6d accepts no liability for connectivity issues originating from a Member's own internet service provider.
All slot titles on dewa6d — including those supplied by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — use independently certified random number generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on dewa6d. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the dewa6d brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of dewa6d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dewa6d.

dewa6d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

Clause 14
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewa6d's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dewa6d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if dewa6d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
dewa6d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. dewa6d accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, regardless of cause, provided such downtime does not exceed 48 consecutive hours.
Clause 15
dewa6d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or via email to your registered address. Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions or typographic corrections) may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 4.2.
Clause 16
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction of dewa6d's licensing authority. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dewa6d's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitral body.
For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute, and should not be construed as, an assertion that online betting services are legal in any particular Indonesian jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their place of residence.
